Sunridge enjoys better than average parking availability by Vail Valley standards. All Units are entitled to the use of two unassigned Parking spaces, and limited Guest Parking is also available. Parking at Sunridge, for both Residents and Guests, is regulated by using "virtual parking passes" that use vehicle information and your valid/current LICENSE PLATE with 100% CORRECT LETTERS AND NUMBERS - WHICH IS CRITICAL. If you change Plates or change from a Temporary Registration Paper Tag to a regular License Plate, you MUST UPDATE your parking account IMMEDIATELY. Go to the HOME PAGE for Parking Registration Instructions. Don't get Booted or Towed!
